Development of a Make.com scenario to transform a source Google Doc into multiple content formats. Upon the creation of a new Doc in a dedicated Google Drive folder, the automation reads the text and uses the OpenAI API (ChatGPT) with custom prompts to generate: 1. A complete blog article. 2. Optimized posts for Instagram. 3. Adapted posts for LinkedIn. Each generated content item is automatically saved in a distinct Google Doc, organized into specific Google Drive folders (Articles, Instagram, LinkedIn). Finally, a line is added to a central Google Sheet, listing the source file, the names of the generated files, and their direct links for easy tracking and access. This workflow drastically reduces manual repurposing time and speeds up content creation across multiple channels from a single source. Includes basic error management.
