About this project

This system aims to convert cold leads into qualified clients through an entirely automated sequence: capture via Systeme.io, intelligent follow-ups via SMS and WhatsApp (Twilio), qualification via GPT, CRM tracking on Google Sheets, and scheduling via Calendly. If the prospect books an appointment, they automatically receive confirmations and reminders. Otherwise, a conversational assistant triggers an AI dialogue (NEPQ), detects the response channel, qualifies in real-time, and proposes a booking link. Prospects are segmented according to their status (qualified, unqualified, silent, no-show, closed) to ensure optimized follow-up. A complete report is generated weekly in Google Sheets to analyze performance per closer.
